Ajmer -Khwaja Model School run by Dargah Committee,Dargah Khwaja Sahib, Ajmer took out a tricolor rally on the
occasion of Amrit Mahotsav organized at the 75th anniversary of independence.
First the rally reached the residence of District Collector Anshdeep. Here the District Collector along with his family welcomed the rally. Dargah Committee Sadar Syed Shahid Hussain Rizvi presented bouquet, sweets and tricolor to the collector. Gifts were also presented to the children by the collector. In the second phase of the rally, all the children reached the Maharana Pratap Memorial located in the middle of the Aravalli hills. Children raised patriotic slogans and waved the tricolor at the memorial. Vice President Mr. Munavvar Khan congratulated everyone on the Amrit Mahotsav and motivated about taking inspiration from the sacrifices of the martyrs. Dargah Committee member Sapat Khan, Assistant Nazim Dr. Adil, Principal Rajeev Arora and the school staff were present at the occasion.
During the rally, three students of the school, Shauryavardhan, Mohammad Hassan and Syed Mahmood Hussain were the center of attraction for all as they were dressed in tricour- saffron, white and green. The District Collector along with his family took photographs with these children, many tourists also took pictures with the children at the memorial.
