New Dehli,The Central Council for Research in Unani Medicine (CCRUM), New Delhi and National Institute of Unani Medicine (NIUM), Bengaluru entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for collaboration in research and development of Unani Medicine.
The MoU was endorsed by Dr. N. Zaheer Ahmed, Director General, CCRUM and Prof. Abdul Wadood, Director, NIUM on the sideline of the Continuing Medical Education (CME) Program on Ilaj-bit-Tadbeer organised by the NIUM.
The MoU signify an earnest commitment to advancing Unani Medicine through joint efforts in research, education, and training.
Dr. N. Zaheer Ahmed also addressed valedictory function of the CME and highlighted future prospects of Ilaj-bit-Tadbeer.
DG, CCRUM also visited the Clinical Research Unit, Bengaluru. He interacted with the officials and reviewed functioning of the CCRUM research unit.
Dr. Pawan Kumar, Research Officer, Scientist-IV and Dr. Pradeep Kumar, Research Officer, Scientist-IV accompanied DG during the visit.
