Do not get into trouble regarding the issue of First Qibla and Israel : Muhammad Iqbal

Agra | Muhammad Iqbal, Imam of Masjid Nehar Wali Sikandra, in the Friday Seremon, emphasized that what should we do in view of the current situation? However, at present the government’s policy is in the favour of Palestine. But it was not highlighted properly. The Prime Minister’s first statement that we stand with Israel is generally known to everyone, that is why the message among the public is that they have to support Israel, whereas the public does not know the issue of Palestine and Israel properly or trying to become ignorant while understanding. This is the reason why if a Muslim is holding a rally or any similar activity somewhere in sympathy with Palestine, then ‘action’ is being taken against him. Whereas on the other hand, those who are raising slogans in favor of Israel, are being called patriots. He said that our leadership and the public need to act very carefully at this time. Due to any reaction the ‘community’ may be in trouble. Moreover, at this time we are facing continuous problems. Iqbal Sahab further said that the situation in Gaza can be understood through a proverb– “Only the dead knows the situation in the grave”. The world is moving towards a big war. So the question is what to do? He said that Islam has given its answer in this way– “Call upon your Rabb in humility and privately” (Surah Al-Aaraf, Ayat no. 55). This shows that even if the situations are not suitable, this work can be done easily. Allah is the one who knows what’s in the hearts also. Therefore, I ‘appeal’ to all of you to take steps keeping the current situation in mind. It may happen that we ourselves get into some other problems and future generations have to bear the punishment for it for a long time. Don’t get yourself into trouble. It is wise to avoid conflict at all costs. May Allah Almighty help the First Qibla and oppressed Palestinians and liberate them from the oppressive rulers. May there be peace in the world and in our country. Aameen.
