Lucknow:Australian High Commissioner to India, Mr Philip Green OM, paid a courtesy visit to Shri Danish Azad Ansari, Minister of State for Minority Welfare, Uttar Pradesh, at his official residence today. During the meeting, the investment made and executed MOU in UPGIS-2023 and GBC-4.0 between Uttar Pradesh and Australia was discussed in detail. Apart from this, there was also an exchange of ideas regarding import and export.
On this occasion, Shri Ansari said that India and Australia have friendly relations. Uttar Pradesh has always played a positive role in deepening these relations. Australia and the Government of Uttar Pradesh working together will further strengthen the political and economic relations between the two countries, opening up new avenues of employment and development. He said that in future, Uttar Pradesh will try to explore better possibilities with Australia in other areas also.
On this occasion, Shri Ansari said that under the leadership of the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi, international relations are getting new dimensions and under the able guidance of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Uttar Pradesh is touching new heights every day. Uttar Pradesh will play an important role in taking forward the relations between India and Australia at every level.
On this occasion, the Australian High Commissioner appreciated the efforts being made by Uttar Pradesh and stressed on increasing import-export, investment and industrial relations with Uttar Pradesh in the coming times.Hon minister informed Mr Green about policies initiative taken by Government to increase growth and development among minority communities
