Agra. The land of Agra will be sanctified with the fragrance of the thoughts of Bharat Ratna Pandit Mahamana Madan Malviya, the great leader of the country and founder of Kashi Hindu University, in a special event on the birth anniversary.
City residents were invited for the program to be organized on December 20. An invitation letter release ceremony was organized on Tuesday by Mahamana Malviya Mission at Aahar Restaurant located at Sanjay Place.
The program was inaugurated by lighting a lamp and offering flowers in front of the picture of Bharat Ratna Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya ji.
President Prof. Umapati Dixit said that the name of Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya ji, who gave direction to India’s education and the young generation and gave impetus to the dormant ideology of Hindutva, is very important in the history of India. His 163rd birth anniversary is on December 25. On this occasion, Mahamana Malviya Mission will organize a grand event on the land of Agra on December 20.
General Secretary Rakesh Chandra Shukla said that on December 20, a seminar based on the ideology of Mahamana Malviya ji will be held at 5 pm in the JP Auditorium in Khandari. Along with this, 12 prominent personalities of India will be awarded the Mahamana Ratna Samman for doing excellent work. There will also be a poetry evening, in which Ram Katha lover Prof. Umapati Dixit, international poet Dr. Akhilesh Mishra and Dr. Ruchi Chaturvedi, Shruti Sinha Dr. Arun Upadhyay, Rakesh Nirmal and Abhishek Sharma will recite poetry. He said that the Banaras Hindu University’s Kul Geet Madhur Manohar Ativ Sundar, Yeh Sarvavidya Ki Rajdhani…song will be played at the beginning of the program on the land of Agra.
The chief guests at the event will be Cabinet Minister Yogendra Upadhyay and Minister of State with independent charge Dr. Daya Shankar Mishra.
Treasurer Vijay Kumar Singh said that Mahamana Malviya Mission has been working for the last 45 years. Divided into 30 branches, this mission is propagating the ideology of Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya ji in the country. This institution was established by the alumni of Banaras Hindu University and today it is being run by the students of the university spread across the country.
On the occasion of release of invitation letter, guide Prof. Ved Tripathi, President Umapati Dixit, General Secretary Rakesh Shukla, Vice President Dr. Neelam Yadav, Treasurer Prof. Vijay Kumar Singh, Cultural Cell Head Shruti Sinha, Amit Tripathi, Ratna Pandey, Vinita Mittal etc. were present.
