The congestion occurred due to an unexpected shift in school timings, which led to a sudden surge in vehicular movement during peak hours.
Before the traffic police could reach the spot, this gentleman took control of the situation, guiding vehicles with patience and efficiency. Eyewitnesses reported that he even ensured the smooth passage of an ambulance stuck in the jam — an act that potentially saved a life.
The Agra Traffic Police have praised the man’s timely intervention and are now seeking help from the public to identify him.
“This is the kind of citizen initiative we deeply value. His actions reflect the spirit of social responsibility and humanity. We would like to personally thank and honor him for his contribution,” said an official from the Agra Traffic Police Department.
