Gyan Jyoti–2025’ Kicks Off at Hindusthan College with Grandeur


Three-Day Annual Fest Showcases Student Creativity and Technological Innovation

Mathura,The Hindusthan College of Science and Technology inaugurated its grand three-day annual fest ‘Gyan Jyoti–2025’ with great enthusiasm and participation on Friday. The event has brought together talented students from across the region to engage in a wide range of technical and cultural competitions.

The festival was formally opened in the presence of distinguished guests including Prof. Yashwant Kumar (Dean of Technical Excellence) and Prof. Rishabh Chaudhary (Dean of Media and Exposure). The inaugural day featured a vibrant poetry evening, with eminent poets J.S. Malhotra, Piyush Agrawal, Renu Mishra and others delivering powerful and moving verses.

A series of technical events such as techno quizzes, model exhibitions, and physical challenge games provided a platform for students to demonstrate their innovative capabilities. Simultaneously, the cultural performances—including solo and duet dances, singing contests, and theatrical plays—captivated the audience.

On the second day, events like street plays, insta reels, quizzes, and treasure hunts added excitement and attracted enthusiastic participation.

The festival will conclude on April 27, with a valedictory ceremony where Mr. Rushikesh Bhatnagar, General Manager at the National Skills Movement Organization, will be the chief guest and will felicitate the winners.

According to Prof. V.D. Sharma, Executive Director of the college, “Gyan Jyoti aims to foster creativity, leadership, and technical excellence among students by offering them a dynamic platform to express themselves.” Over 600 students have registered to participate in this fest.
