Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation Organizes Blood Donation Camp on Human Unity Day

On April 24th, the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation organized a blood donation camp at Sundarani Eye Hospital, Baluganj, Agra, in observance of Human Unity Day. The event was held in memory of Baba Gurvachan Ji, with similar camps being conducted at 265 locations across the country.

The camp was led by Umesh Singh, the Secretary of Sundarani, who spoke about the Sant Nirankari Mission’s commitment to serving humanity through blood donation. He elaborated on the numerous health benefits of donating blood, including improving heart health and reducing the risks of heart disease and stroke.

Umesh Singh also emphasized that regular blood donation helps maintain optimal iron levels in the body, which is beneficial for heart health. He further explained that blood donation plays a vital role during emergencies when patients urgently need blood. The annual event is held in honor of Baba Gurvachan Ji’s martyrdom.

Dr. Neetu Chauhan from S.N. Medical College, Agra, provided special support to the camp. The event also received full cooperation from Seva Dal in-charge Manish Kumar and the entire team at Sundarani Hospital. Refreshments, including fruits, juice, tea, and biscuits, were provided for the blood donors.
