Agra:Celebrating 25 years of excellence in entrepreneurship, Projects India organized a grand event in Agra to mark its Silver Jubilee. Several sessions were held over multiple days, where discussions centered around the relationship between industrial development and environmental conservation. More than two dozen national and international members participated. As part of the event, participants were also given a guided tour of the world-renowned Taj Mahal.
During the celebrations, Projects India sent out a strong message: “No grandeur should come at the cost of the environment.” To reinforce this, they launched a special initiative — “Green MICE, Great MICE” — a movement aimed at promoting clean and sustainable events. The core message was clear: “Leave only memories, not waste.”
Speaking at the annual strategic meeting, Projects India’s Director, Mr. Vaibhav Chhibber, said,
“We have completed 25 unforgettable years in the events industry. Now is the time for us to take responsibility — as event leaders, as a brand, and as conscientious citizens.”
The gathering also resolved that each participant would plant a tree, commit to reducing plastic usage at home, and collaborate with Srishti Sevak to promote community-based green awareness initiatives and sustainable practices in daily life.
During a special session, renowned author, sports enthusiast, and entrepreneur Mr. Harvijay Singh Wahiya, along with former President of the Tourism Guild Mr. Debashish Bhowmick, also addressed the participants. They emphasized that Agra should not only be celebrated as the City of Love but also as the City of Green Celebrations, where every event leaves behind greenery instead of waste.
Present on the occasion were Projects India’s Director Mr. Gaurav K. Chhibber along with other senior officials and associates.
