Chitranshi Announces Firaq Award, Expresses Outrage Over Pahalgam Attack

Agra,A significant meeting of the literary and cultural organization ‘Chitranshi’ was held today at A-1 Parshvanath Panchvati, Taj Nagari Phase-2, Agra. The meeting was presided over by the organization’s president, Mr. Tarun Pathak, and conducted by its secretary, Advocate Ameer Ahmad.

During the meeting, it was unanimously decided that this year’s prestigious ‘Chitranshi Firaq Award’ would be conferred upon renowned Hindi-Urdu poet Dr. Kaleem Qaiser (Gorakhpur). It was also announced that a grand award ceremony along with an All India Mushaira will be organized on 15th June 2025, featuring distinguished poets and shayars from across the country.

The members strongly condemned the recent barbaric terrorist attack on innocent and unarmed tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. They demanded strict action against the responsible terrorists, their supporters, and Pakistan.
A two-minute silence was observed in memory of the departed souls, and heartfelt tributes were paid.
