Agra: The little students of Sharda World School Early Learning Centre recently visited a Gurudwara Sahib as part of a special educational trip. During the visit, the children learned about the traditions, devotion, and spirit of service in Sikhism and paid their respects at the Guru Granth Sahib.
The trip aimed to introduce children to India’s diverse culture, religious tolerance, and values of unity. The students also listened to devotional hymns and understood the significance of ‘Langar Seva’, fostering respect and compassion among them.
Dr. Garima Yadav, Director of ELC, said, “Such cultural and spiritual trips play a vital role in the holistic development of children. Education is meaningful only when it is accompanied by values.”
Co-founder Ms. Priyanka Gupta added, “These holy visits help children understand various cultures and traditions. Such experiences inspire them to become sensitive, tolerant, and socially responsible citizens.”
Sharda World School continues to follow its core mantra “Education with Values”, nurturing students not only academically but also connecting them to the roots of Indian culture.
