New Delhi: The Chairman of the All India Congress Committee Minority Department and Rajya Sabha MP Imran Pratapgarhi has appointed Mahmood Khan as the Observer for Purnia Assembly Constituency (Seat No. 62) in the upcoming Bihar Assembly Elections 2025.
Under this appointment, Mahmood Khan has been entrusted with the responsibility to oversee party strategy, organizational activities, and election preparedness in the constituency to ensure an effective campaign for the Congress Party.
