Workshop on “First Impression: Your Identity, Your Power” Empowers Women with Lessons in Influence, Leadership and Confidence
Agra: A dynamic workshop titled “First Impression: Your Identity, Your Power” was successfully organized on Friday at Hotel Holiday Inn by She Will Inspire, an organization dedicated to women empowerment and personality development.
The keynote speaker for the event was Image and Soft Skills Coach Kritika Khanna, who deeply inspired the participating women entrepreneurs with her impactful and practical insights.
Opening the session, Founder Rashi Garg highlighted the vision and mission of She Will Inspire. She stated that the organization aims to help women recognize their true potential and inner strength. The platform motivates women to move forward with confidence, leadership qualities, and self-reliance. Roli Rastogi introduced the keynote speaker, while the session transition was conducted by Pooja Luthra.
Kritika Khanna began her session by discussing the concept of “Understanding Inner Image and Physical Image.” She emphasized that a powerful personality is built on self-acceptance and positive thinking. When an individual truly accepts themselves, their presence naturally becomes impactful.
Speaking on “The Science Behind First Impressions,” she explained that people form perceptions within just a few seconds of meeting someone. Factors such as tone of voice, eye contact, smile, body language, and overall energy level significantly influence how that impression is formed.
During her discussion on the “Elements of First Impression,” she highlighted that a well-groomed appearance, balanced attire, effective body language, clear communication style, positive attitude, and self-confidence are key ingredients for success.
The workshop also featured interactive activities and practical exercises, giving participants the opportunity to assess themselves and apply the concepts learned during the session.
On the topic of “Building a Personal Identity,” Kritika Khanna stated that every individual is a unique brand in themselves. Recognizing one’s strengths and presenting them consistently with clarity of purpose is the pathway to success.
The event concluded with a question-and-answer session, where participants resolved their queries and committed to creating a clear action plan for their personal growth and personality development.
