Official website launches with multilingual resources, accessible participant guides, and global participation now open.
Agra, Antardrishti is delighted to announce that Golden Eye Chef 2026 is now officially open for entries.
Now in its eighth season, Golden Eye Chef is the world’s first and only global culinary competition created especially for blind and visually impaired home chefs. Since its launch in 2019, the competition has brought together talented home chefs from around the world, celebrating culinary excellence, independence, and inclusion.
More than a cooking competition, Golden Eye Chef is a platform where participants are recognised for their talent, creativity, confidence, and the stories that connect people through food.
This Year’s Theme
The Global Table – Many Kitchens, One Family
Food has the remarkable ability to connect people across cultures, generations, and borders.
For Golden Eye Chef 2026, participants are invited to prepare a Dish of Togetherness—a recipe that represents family, friendship, community, tradition, or a meaningful memory. Along with the recipe, participants are encouraged to share the story that makes their dish special.
Every recipe tells a story. Every story deserves to be heard.

Why Golden Eye Chef Matters
Across the world, millions of blind and visually impaired people cook independently every day. Yet their culinary skills, creativity, and dedication often remain unseen.
Golden Eye Chef was created to change that.
Rather than focusing on disability, the competition celebrates ability, confidence, creativity, and independence. It provides an international platform where participants are recognised for their culinary skills and the stories behind every dish.
Because great cooking is not defined by sight—it is defined by passion, skill, determination, and the joy of sharing food with others.
