New Delhi, South Delhi Superstarz defeated Central Delhi Kings by seven wickets in the final of the Delhi Premier League (DPL) 2026 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium to claim the title.
Chasing 183 for victory, South Delhi Superstarz scored 186 for three in 18.2 overs. Anmol Sharma top-scored with 64 off 42 balls, hitting six fours and three sixes. Ankit Dabas remained unbeaten on 61 off 33 deliveries, with five fours and four sixes.
Captain Tejasvi Dahiya added 33 off 18 balls, including three fours and three sixes, while Ekansh Dobal finished unbeaten on seven off three balls, hitting a six.
Earlier, Central Delhi Kings made 182 for eight after being put into bat. Samarth Singh scored 51 off 27 balls, while captain Jonty Sidhu made 36 off 19 deliveries, including three sixes. Yugal Saini contributed 32 off 29 balls and Money Grewal scored 18 off seven deliveries.
Divansh Rawat was the most successful bowler for South Delhi Superstarz, taking three wickets for 17 runs. Vision Panchal claimed two wickets, while Ankit Dabas, Pranshu Vijayran and Anshuman Hooda took one wicket each.
South Delhi Superstarz kept the required run rate under control throughout the chase and completed the target with 10 balls to spare.
