Agra, The Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) in Agra heard a petition filed by Shabana Khandelwal against Nazia Elahi Khan on Thursday.
During the hearing, the court directed New Agra Police Station to submit a report in the matter within two days. The next hearing has been scheduled for July 27, 2026.
Speaking after the hearing, Shabana Khandelwal said, “No matter how much we have to struggle, we will not step back. We have full faith in the judicial process and will present our case firmly within the framework of the law. Our objective is to preserve the Ganga-Jamuni culture and promote social harmony.”
Several office-bearers and supporters of her organization were present on the occasion, including Shanu Khan, Zeeshan Khan, Parvez Alam, Adil Khan Sindhi, Qureshi, Dhenu Khan, Sajid Khan, Nishat Begum, Priyanka Raghav, Mamta Baghel, Vipin, Danish, Sahil, and others.
