Firozabad/Agra, Political activity has intensified ahead of the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council (MLC) elections for the Agra Division Graduate constituency. In this context, Yuvraj Ambrish Pal Singh of the Avagarh estate has put forward a comprehensive ‘Visionary Vision’ focusing on transformative reforms in the education sector in line with modern global needs.
Ambrish Pal Singh clarified that his objective is not merely to contest the election, but to reshape the existing educational framework to meet future challenges. He emphasized that education should go beyond being a degree-oriented system and evolve into a platform for empowerment and skill development.
As part of his outreach campaign, he personally visited several educational institutions across the Firozabad region, including Jan Kalyan Inter College (Lalpur, ShikrarI), Gayatri Public School (Ramgarh), Deep Singh Inter College (Rajawali), Anand Public School (Rajawali), Jawaharlal Inter College (Ratigarh), Rana Pratap Sisodia Inter College (Bheedela), and Ram Singh Degree College (Nagla Beech). During these visits, he interacted with intellectuals, educators, and members of the academic community.
Highlighting key aspects of his vision, Ambrish Pal Singh proposed the development of digital libraries and smart classrooms in rural schools, prompt resolution of teachers’ issues along with safeguarding their dignity, inclusion of technical and practical education in the curriculum, and a stronger focus on skill-based, employment-oriented learning.
On this occasion, respected citizens, graduates, and members of the teaching community were invited to share their views, aiming to formulate an inclusive and effective education policy.
