Aligarh. In a press release AMU Old Boys’ Association general secratary Dr Azam Meer told that The Annual General Body Meeting of AMU Old Boys’ Association, Aligarh, will be held on Dec 28, 2025 at 10:30 AM in the premises of Old Boys’ Lodge. Agenda of the meeting is as below
- Election of the President of the Meeting.
- Tilawat-e- Kalaam Paak
- Condolences on the sad demise of the members of the Association who passed away since the last meeting of the General Body.
- To discuss the conduct and manner of election of new CEC and decision thereon.
- To discuss the enhancement in membership fee and related matters.
- Annual Audit Report from 22.10.2022 to 31.03.2025 and Budget for 2025-2026
- To consider the recommendation of the Committee headed by Mr Syed Mohd Haider Naqvi constituted to examine and consider the changes in the rules /Bye-Laws of the Association including change in term of CEC from current 3 years to 5 years.
- Presentation of Annual Report by the Hon. General Secretary.
- Any other item with the permission of the Chair
Members are requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting. Lunch will be served at the Old Boys’ Lodge
