Agra: Leading South Indian dairy brand Karnataka Milk Federation (Nandini Group) has expanded its footprint into the Hindi-speaking states of North India. The company has begun launching its milk and dairy products in NCR Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Bihar, among other regions. As part of this expansion drive, the company has officially introduced its products in Agra as well.
Sales Head Atul Prakash Gupta informed that the company has set a target of selling one lakh liters of milk per day in North India. He stated that new plants are being established in Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Uttarakhand, while additional facilities are in the proposal stage to ensure smooth production and efficient distribution.
Nilesh Kumar, who is overseeing operations in North India, shared that a special “Chai Mitra” scheme has been launched in Agra to connect tea vendors with the brand. Through this initiative, Nandini’s milk and dairy products will be supplied directly to households. He claimed that the company is committed to delivering pure milk and pure ghee, asserting that Nandini products stand ahead of competitors in terms of quality and purity.
During a seminar held at Sanjay Place in Agra, company officials highlighted product quality, production capacity, and future expansion plans. Local traders and distributors also attended the event.
The entry of Nandini Milk into North India is being seen as a significant development in the dairy sector, likely to increase competition and provide consumers with more quality options.
